Delete your account

Remove your Ready to Deal account and its data.

You can permanently delete your account and everything linked to it at any time, directly inside the Ready to Deal app. This page explains how to do it, what gets removed, and how your subscription is handled.

Delete your account in the app

The fastest way — it takes less than a minute.

  1. Open Ready to Deal on your device.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Open the Account section.
  4. Select Delete account.
  5. Confirm the deletion with your password.

What gets deleted

Once confirmed, the following is permanently removed and cannot be recovered:

  • Your Ready to Deal account data
  • Your nickname
  • Your avatar and profile data
  • Your username claim (freed for others to use)
  • Leaderboard entries linked to that account

Subscriptions are not canceled automatically

Deleting your Ready to Deal account does not cancel any active App Store or Google Play subscription. To stop billing, cancel your subscription separately in your store settings, before or after deleting your account:

Apple: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Ready to Deal.
Google Play: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Ready to Deal.

Can't access the app?

If you're unable to open the app, we can process your deletion request manually. Email us and we'll take care of it:

Please include:

  • Your Ready to Deal nickname;
  • A short explanation of your request;
  • Any details that help us verify you own the account.

Ready to Deal is an educational training app for casino dealers and croupiers. It does not include real-money gambling, deposits, withdrawals, prizes or winnings.
