Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Ready to Deal mobile application ("the app"). By downloading, accessing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By installing or using Ready to Deal you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you will comply with them. These Terms are in addition to, and do not replace, the terms of the app store from which you downloaded the app (Apple App Store or Google Play).

2. Licence & permitted use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app for your own training and practice. You agree not to:

• copy, modify, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where permitted by law;
• use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the app or other users;
• resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the app or its content without our written permission.

3. Training purpose only

Ready to Deal is provided strictly as a training and practice tool for casino dealing procedures. It is not a gambling application. The app does not offer or facilitate real-money gambling or wagering, and no real money can be won or lost. All chips, balances and game outcomes within the app are simulated and have no monetary value. Nothing in the app is a guarantee of employment, certification, or performance.

4. Your account

Some features — including saving your profile and taking part in leaderboards — require an account. When you create an account you choose a nickname / username and a password. Account sign-in and passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication, as described in our Privacy Policy.

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that takes place under your account;
• You agree to choose a username that is not offensive, misleading, impersonating, or infringing on anyone else's rights;
• You agree to provide accurate information and to use a single account fairly;
• We may reclaim, change or remove usernames that are inappropriate, infringing, or that violate these Terms.

Please keep your login details safe. If you lose access to your account, contact Support and we will help where we can.

5. Leaderboards & fair use

Leaderboards may display your nickname, avatar and scores to other users of the app. By submitting scores you agree to compete fairly. You must not:

• cheat, tamper with, automate or manipulate results;
• submit false or artificially generated scores;
• attempt to disrupt, overload or exploit the leaderboard or ranking systems.

We may remove leaderboard entries, reset scores, or suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules or these Terms.

6. Subscriptions & in-app purchases

The app may offer optional subscriptions and in-app purchases that unlock additional content or features (for example, "Pro" access). All purchases are sold and processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play using your store account, in accordance with the applicable store's terms. Purchases and subscription status are managed on our behalf using RevenueCat, a subscription-management service. Prices are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase and may vary by region and over time.

7. Auto-renewal & cancellation

Where a subscription is offered, it automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it beforehand. Your store account will be charged for renewal within the period defined by Apple or Google (for example, within 24 hours before the end of the current period on Apple devices), unless cancelled in time.

You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time:

• Apple: open the Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions, then select Ready to Deal.
• Google Play: open the Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, then select Ready to Deal.

Cancellation stops the next renewal; access usually continues until the end of the current paid period. Subscriptions must be cancelled through the store — we are unable to cancel them for you.

8. Refunds

Because purchases are handled by Apple and Google, refunds are governed by the policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play. We do not directly process payments and therefore cannot issue refunds ourselves. To request a refund, please use the refund process of the store you purchased through. We are happy to help you understand the process — see Support.

9. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app: Profile → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your account data, nickname / username, avatar / profile data, your username claim, and leaderboard entries linked to that account. 10. Intellectual property

The app, including its design, text, graphics, logos and content, is owned by Ready to Deal or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements or training goals.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ready to Deal and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting your account (see Account deletion) and removing the app from your device. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
